To ensure we can offer our guests a fair ticketing system, Duckabout Tours must ask all guests to collect their tickets at least 15mins before their tour is due to depart. If tickets are not picked up 15mins prior to departure, they may be forfeited.
For pre-purchased tickets our cancellation policy is: Less than 24 hours notice, 100% cancellation fee.
If your tour is cancelled due to inclimate weather or sea conditions - 100% your monies will be refunded.
